Important Reminder!
June 30th is the expiration
date of your current massage therapist license.
You should have received a yellow post card in the mail as a reminder.
On-line renewal is the only way they are accepting renewals. The new fee
is $50.00 per year. Your printed receipt is the only form of license that you
will have to carry with you. On-line license verification in now in effect.
